What is Alma24?
Our company provides great products and delicacies from all around the world. We are known for our highest quality and the variety of offered food. Now you can get what you need with delivery to your door!

To order, You first need to register.

How to register?
Click Zarejestruj się and fill in required spaces. Registration is very easy – all we need to know is your email address, home address and telephone number.

Now you can log in by typing your email and your chosen password.

To shop you simply click on chosen item and while holding the right button “pull” it into the shopping basket. (the basket is the golden rectangle on the right side, with an icon of a shopping cart).

To place an order,
click Zakończ zamawianie (under the basket). Check your list to find out if you haven’t forgotten anything. When your order is checked
click Dalej (the white arrow in a green circle). Next step is to confirm if your home address is the shipping address. You can also type in different address and you can order for a friend or family!

Delivery charges,
you can see delivery charges if you stop the mouse on the chosen delivery date (represented by the car icon).

How to pay?
The graphic representations of offered payment methods are available on the site.
You can either pay online when placing the order or pay the delivery courier when receiving your delivery.
- Delivery courier takes cards, cash and vouchers or
- Online you can pay by credit card or mTransfer (mTransfer is a service provided by mBank).

Last step: giving some final information about your order.
- First is your home address. Below it is the space where you click if you need a note.
- Then you check if the delivery date and the chosen method of payment are correct.

- Next we ask you what to do in case we are currently out of stock of the product you have chosen. You have 3 options:
1) we can provide you a product which is similar .You agree to a 20% difference in price. Our staff will call you to confirm this replacement
2) we won’t replace that product and we won’t contact you
3) the whole order is cancelled
- Then you choose the preferable form of packing of your goods – either folic bags or paper bags.
- You choose if you want the delivery to arrive earlier. If delivery courier is able to do so they will call you.
- At last, there is a space to fill in if you have any suggestions or wishes. For example if you can't find a product on the web site but you know it is available in Alma, you can type it here and we will deliver it to you.

Confirm your order.
You can see now the final price of your order (marked green). Click Zakończ zamówienie, log on to your e-mail and click on the confirmation link. Now you have finished.
